Guest Ratings & Reviews
I stayed at this hotel which was conveniently located near the historic center, making it a great base for exploring Ghent. The rooms were functional, although not as clean as I would have liked. The service was good overall, but the staff seemed a bit indifferent when asked for recommendations. The dining options were satisfactory, with some room for improvement in variety. The location was ideal for sightseeing and close to bars and cafes, although it did have some discrepancies from the photos provided.
I had a comfortable stay at the hotel, enjoying lovely rooms with a nice view although there were some issues with noisy street sounds and malfunctioning sockets. The bedsheets in my wardrobe were disappointingly dirty. The service was good overall but could benefit from additional customer service training. The location was perfect for exploring the city center of Gent, although there were some noise disturbances. The dining experience offered a variety of choices but could improve by offering fresh juices instead of boxed ones.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from the city center, but the rooms were quite basic and cold initially, though the double room I was moved to was cozy and warm. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some staff being very friendly, but others seemed distracted. Dining was a mixed bag with good food but weak coffee. Overall, decent value for the money.
The hotel is ideally located, just a couple of minutes' walk from the main attractions in Ghent. The rooms are quite spacious and offer decent facilities, although some maintenance is needed. The service was friendly and responsive to our needs, but could benefit from additional customer service training. The dining options were satisfactory, with a mix of regular dishes and surprises each day. The location is perfect for exploring the old city and enjoying the riverside views.
The hotel is wonderfully located just a 2-minute walk from the famous building front, offering a great spot near the old center away from the tourist crowds. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though showing some signs of wear. The staff can be a bit detached at times. The dining experience has a cozy B+B feel but may come off as a bit pricey. The hotel facilities are up to scratch overall.
